Daily Bonuses
Another feature that was never suppose to be incorporated into Pokemon GO - but was done so by niantic for the sake of helping trainers gain more XP in hopes of one day reaching Level 40 - is none other than the Daily Bonus System. This update was introduced a few months prior to the 2nd Generation Update, and it allows players a better chance at reaching higher levels with the extra XP they can earn from doing them.
Each and every day, a player can earn certain bonuses by completing tasks. If a player captures a Pokemon every day, they will earn an extra 500 xp and 600 Stardust. If they do this for a week in a row, they will get an extra 2,000 XP and 2,400 Stardust on the seventh and final day of any streak. A player can also receives bonuses every day by claiming a PokeStop. If a player claims a PokeStop every day, they will earn an extra 500 XP. If they do this for a week in a row, they will receive even more items from the PokeStop plus an additional 2,000 XP. It was also later released that if a player gets a 7-Day Streak at PokeStops, they will get a guarantee Special Evolutionary Item on that seventh day!
